VideoPromptFlow at videopromptflow.com is independently operated by Sunny, an individual based in mainland China. Contact: [email protected]. This policy describes the current website, not the policies of video-generation services you may use separately.
Your idea and generated prompt
The prompt tool combines text using JavaScript in your browser. Its code does not upload your idea or generated prompt to Sunny, an AI provider or a prompt database, and does not call a video-generation API. The tool does not use local storage, cookies or an account to maintain a prompt history. Reloading the page clears the tool's in-memory input and output; browser features, extensions and your clipboard are controlled by your device and browser.
Pressing Copy writes the output to your device clipboard. If you paste it into another service, that service receives the text under its own terms. Do not enter sensitive personal information or confidential material into a prompt you intend to share.
Hosting, security and performance analytics
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Requests to load pages and assets necessarily involve network data such as your IP address, requested URL and browser request information, which Cloudflare processes to provide its services. This is separate from the prompt tool's local processing.
The live website also loads Cloudflare's Web Analytics performance beacon. It collects page-visit and performance information to help understand loading and usage. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as cookie-free; this does not mean that visiting the site makes no network requests or that all Cloudflare services have identical data practices. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare's privacy policy for details. Hosting, security and email services may process data outside your country.
Email you choose to send
There is no contact form. Emails sent to the domain contact address are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to a private Gmail mailbox. These services process your address, message and any attachments you send. That information is used to handle the inquiry and related follow-up, not to automatically subscribe you to marketing. Do not send identity documents, passwords or financial account details. Request deletion of correspondence or ask a privacy question using the contact address; some information may need to remain for legitimate record-keeping or legal obligations. No fixed retention period is promised here.
Third-party advertising and affiliate links
No third-party advertising code or affiliate tracking links are currently displayed on the site. Sunny intends to place relevant third-party advertisements or affiliate recommendations in the future. Advertising providers and affiliate networks may use cookies, identifiers, click or conversion information, or similar technologies when enabled. Their actual practices depend on the service and placement.
Before enabling such services, this policy and the relevant page disclosures will be updated to identify the providers and describe their actual data use. Consent controls will be added where required for the technologies and audiences involved. No advertising consent is assumed merely because you use today's prompt tool. A link identified as an affiliate link may earn Sunny a commission from a qualifying action.
Other websites and your choices
External services have their own privacy policies. You can control browser permissions, clipboard access and cookie settings through your browser. Contact Sunny to ask about information handled through this site or email, or to request applicable access, correction or deletion. Do not send extra identity information unless a specific need and safe method have been agreed.

This page will be updated when the site's functionality or service providers change. Check the date above for the current version. A privacy page is not a guarantee that a future advertising integration is ready or that an affiliate network will approve the website.
